Finding a job often means sorting through repeated listings, inconsistent location labels, and openings that may no longer be available. Referizz brings employer postings into a searchable catalog so you can spend more time finding a role that fits.
Straight from the source
Our technology indexes jobs from employer career systems, normalizes fields such as locations for search, and periodically refreshes the catalog. We preserve the employer's original job titles and descriptions rather than writing replacement descriptions.
Applications go directly to the employer's site. Referizz is a technology platform, not a staffing agency or recruiting consultancy. We don't represent employers or make hiring decisions.
Built to grow
Today you can search jobs, filter the catalog, read full employer descriptions, and connect through our referral community. We are actively connecting more employers and career systems. Resume recommendations and AI comparison tools are planned; they aren't available yet.
Our catalog does not yet include every employer or every job. Listings can change between refreshes, so confirm details on the employer's website.
