Delete your Referizz account
You can request deletion of your Referizz account and its associated data without installing the app or signing in.
Send a deletion request
Email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my Referizz account”. Send the request from the email address associated with your Referizz account. If your device has no email app, copy this address into your email service.
We verify ownership before processing the request. If you cannot access that email address, contact us for help. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, identity documents or session tokens.
What deletion removes
Deletion removes your Referizz sign-in account, active sessions, job preferences, Saved/Applied records and your referral-community content from current storage. Replies to a removed request are also removed. Deletion affects the same account on the website and Android app. It does not withdraw applications sent directly to employers or delete accounts on external websites.
What may remain
A minimal private deletion record is retained to prevent a deleted account from returning through a backup restore. Existing backup copies remain until their retention period expires; restored copies are reconciled against deletion records before use. Limited security, legal and support records may be retained where needed for those purposes. See our privacy policy.
Uninstalling the app or signing out does not delete your account. Device-only sample saves are separate from your account; clear the app’s storage to remove them. We will confirm the outcome of your request by email.
