Key Responsibilities
Lead or manage execution of battery systems, power conversion systems, transformers, controls, fire protection, balance-of-plant, grid interconnection, telemetry, and gas-plant interfaces. Develop and maintain the project execution plan, governance structure, integrated schedule, budget, forecast, risk register, change log, and performance dashboard. Track long-lead equipment, fabrication, logistics, site readiness, installation, testing, and critical dependencies. Lead project status reviews and communicate progress, decisions, emerging risks, mitigation actions, and support required. Coordinate utility, fuel, interconnection, customer, and regulatory interfaces applicable to the project. Oversee mechanical completion, energization, commissioning, startup, performance testing, punch-list closeout, and turnover to Operations. Ensure project records include final drawings, test reports, warranties, spare parts, training, operating documentation, and acceptance records. Lead lessons learned and continuous improvement activities across the gas project portfolio. Travel to project, supplier, utility, and partner locations as required.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and relevant role-specific project systems. Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, integrity, and continuous improvement. Professional licensure or certification applicable to the discipline is preferred. Ability to travel to project, supplier, partner, or operating locations as required.
