Experience in Databricks, including observability, monitoring, security, and reliability engineering practices on workflows and persistent data.
Expertise documenting tools and data products intended for self-serve usage by non-technical users.
Strong written and oral communication skills to effectively interact and facilitate discussions with cross functional teams across the business.
Comfortable juggling multiple concurrent projects and tracking them all correctly in JIRA or other agile work management tools.
Willingness to work with cross-functional teams across time-zones and odd hours as necessary.
Technical coaching and enablement skills with ability to teach and guide teams through complex technology adoption.
