Design and develop new processes and systems for process evaluation, including bench-scale, pilot-scale, and full-scale implementations. Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, product management, operations, and manufacturing teams to understand business needs and ensure seamless technology transfer. Develop process documentation, including P&IDs, SOPs, control strategies, and scale-up protocols. Lead pilot testing efforts at customer sites or internal facilities, including setup, operation, troubleshooting, and data interpretation. Support scale implementation within the business by detailing methods to quantify technical and commercial benefits e.g, process efficiency. Stay at the leading edge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments in water treatment.
